The operation of the Maid of the Mist cruise is subject to favorable weather conditions. Usually, favorable conditions exist from mid-May to late-October. When weather is unfavorable, a walking tour through the scenic tunnels will be substituted.
Day 3 TORONTO–KINGSTON–OTTAWA
Leave Ontario’s capital and visit Kingston, a city with an interesting history dating back more than 300 years. Continue to quaint Gananoque and the lovely St. Lawrence Islands National Park, where you’ll enjoy an included scenic cruise along the St. Lawrence River, past wooded islands with their beautiful summer homes. Drive along the St. Lawrence Islands Parkway with splendid vistas of the St. Lawrence River. Then, head to Ottawa, Canada’s beautiful capital.
